Shelly M. Rowan is a partner in the Boulder office of Cohen Silverman Rowan LLP, a law firm with offices in New York, NY and Boulder, CO, practicing exclusively in legal issues impacting promotion, marketing and advertising matters.

Ms. Rowan’s main practice areas include trade regulation, consumer promotions, commercial law, and product distribution and marketing.  She has practiced extensively in the highly regulated alcohol beverage industry for over 25 years.  Ms. Rowan is active in the promotion industry as an association participant and lecturer, frequently speaking at the Promotion Marketing Association’s annual Law Conference, was co-chair of the 2003 PMA Law Conference, and has served on PMA’s Government and Legal Affairs Committee and Law Conference Committee for many years.

Prior to joining Cohen Silverman Rowan, Ms. Rowan was a partner with the firm of Bradley, Campbell, Carney and Madsen.  A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, she received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law
